According to the feedback from our business personnel, some questions are often asked by customers or technical engineers, such as the power consumption of the LCD segment code LCD screen of the LCD screen, or the power consumption of the LCD module of the LCM LCD screen, then we will ask the LCD segment code. 1. LCD segment code LCD screen: The key to its power consumption is the backlight. The LCD segment code LCD screen itself only generates power consumption around 5-10uA, while the lamp beads of the backlight consume a lot, and one lamp is within 20mA. The actual power consumption of the backlight should be calculated according to the number of lamp beads and whether the lamp beads are connected in series or in parallel;
2. LCM liquid crystal module: The power consumption of the liquid crystal module is mainly driven by the lcd screen used in the backlight and supporting facilities to promote the integrated ic. One backlight lamp is within 20mA. It is also calculated according to the number of lamp beads and the method of series or parallel connection. The screen-driven integrated IC can be measured and calculated according to the main parameters of power consumption on the specification of the integrated IC. For example, the power consumption of the HT1621 integrated IC is around 100uA, while the HT1620 is only tens of microamps, and the LCD segment code LCD screen itself still consumes 5-10uA.
